We have prepared something new for our community. We are launching Mover Squads to recognize and reward all active community members for their unique contributions to the project and their role in building the cross-chain future. The Mover Squads program is designed to bring together content creators, developers and community leaders, who share a common desire to actively improve the Mover community.

Introducing Mover Squads

The Mover Squads program aims to find people who are passionate about Mover and the Aptos ecosystem and give them the opportunity to shine and earn rewards.

Program participants will keep the community upbeat and help us grow our platform, spread the word in our local communities, test Mover, and create content such as videos, infographics and tutorials.

Mover Squads will be the heart and backbone of our community.

Who Can Join the Mover Squads Program?

The program is open to anyone willing to play an important role in the development of the Mover community. To make it easier for you to navigate through the tasks, we are introducing Squads. Each Squad will have its own channel on Discord, where members can collaborate with their squadmates. There will be three squads:

  1. Community Squad is responsible for communicating in a friendly and supportive manner within their language group as well as assisting new participants in solving various issues. It also helps host local AMAs and meetings and attracts new members to the Mover community.
  2. Creative Squad focuses on producing quality content: translating articles into different languages, creating infographics, making video content, designing sticker packs, drawing artwork, writing articles and performing other creative tasks.
  3. Tech Squad works on tasks related to testing Mover, contributing to developer resources, translating technical documentation, making suggestions to improve Mover, and more.

We will give the best and most active of you the opportunity to become a Squad Lead and help administer the program. They will also have the ability to hold internal team meetings and participate in goal setting, as well as earn higher rewards. On top of that, a Squad Lead can also lead their own language group and manage the local community.

Mover Champions and Squads

You probably wonder how Early Mover Roles and Mover Squads are related. Let us explain the difference between them.

The Mover Champion Program was designed to allow any member of the community to qualify for future awards by completing simple tasks without having any special skills. Rewards are calculated based on roles and the amount of experience gained.

Mover Squads is aimed at people who want to create quality content, work on more complex community-oriented tasks as well as technical tasks and receive personal rewards based on individual contribution, which we measure in points.

While we’d love to see applications from our role holders, it is important to note that owning one of the early member roles is not required to participate in Mover Squads. We will carefully evaluate the skills and experience of each individual who has applied to participate in the program.

Mover Squad Rewards

As a reward for your contributions, we offer exclusive access to events featuring our team, products, early bird programs and of course special rewards.

Squad сontributors progress is measured in points. There will be a leaderboard so each contributor can track their progress in the program.

  • Every week, the Top 10 contributors will receive additional points.
  • Every month, the Top 10 contributors will receive additional points.

Rewards for all Squad contributors will be calculated individually for each participant: the more they contribute to the community, the more rewards they earn.

Each task will be considered individually! For this reason, the number of points for a specific task is not fixed in advance, and we also reserve the right to change some program conditions in the process.

We will also accept contributions made previously so that selected program participants can submit them retrospectively and receive their well-deserved points.

Points earned by Squad contributors will later be converted into project rewards.

We will send further instructions on the program in letters to selected candidates.
